APEX Precision Health is a direct-pay practice. We do not bill insurance — which means no networks, no prior authorizations, and no third party between you and your physician.
Insurance reimbursement: after your visit, we mail you a detailed invoice (superbill) with the diagnostic and procedure codes your insurer needs. Many plans reimburse out-of-network telemedicine visits — submit the invoice directly to your insurance company.
Cancellations: please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a $100 fee. Emergencies happen — call us and we'll work with you.
